Newhall, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-5 S/Roxford St. Injures Several

Newhall, CA (August 25, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision caused injuries on Monday afternoon, August 25, along the southbound lanes of I-5 near the Roxford Street off-ramp. Emergency crews responded shortly after the crash was reported, blocking several lanes to assist the injured. According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash involved a red Tesla Model 3, a Jeep Wrangler, and another unidentified vehicle.  Ambulances transported at least one person to a nearby hospital, while others were evaluated at the scene for minor injuries. The extent of the victims’ conditions has not been fully released. Tow trucks were called to remove the wrecked vehicles, which sustained heavy damage. The CHP continues to investigate what may have led to the collision.
