Newhall, CA – Two-Vehicle Crash on I-5 S/I-210 Con. Leaves Victims Injured

Newhall, CA (August 30, 2025) – On Saturday morning, August 30, a collision involving a gray pickup truck and a white sedan on Interstate 5 South at the I-210 East connector left several people with injuries. The crash occurred around 9:24 a.m., blocking the HOV lane during the busy morning commute. The California Highway Patrol officers arrived to find the pickup and sedan disabled near the connector ramp.

Emergency responders provided immediate medical attention to those injured. While some victims were treated at the scene, others were transported to nearby hospitals for further care. Authorities later reopened the affected lanes after clearing debris and stabilizing traffic flow. The cause of the crash remains under investigation by CHP.
