Oceanside, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-5/Lomas Santa Fe Injures Drivers

Oceanside, CA (December 17, 2025) – A multi-vehicle accident on I-5 northbound near Lomas Santa Fe caused injuries on Tuesday afternoon, December 16. California Highway Patrol confirmed at least three vehicles were involved, including a red Lexus hatchback, a white Toyota RAV4, and a gray SUV. One vehicle sustained heavy damage and required towing from the scene.

Injured occupants were evaluated by medical personnel for pain-related complaints. At least one driver received on-site medical care, while others declined transport. Freeway Service Patrol assisted in clearing lanes and restoring traffic flow. CHP officers remained on scene to conduct a formal investigation.
