Oceanside, CA – Three-Vehicle Crash on I-5 N/SR-78 Causes Injuries

Oceanside, CA (November 19, 2025) – A three-vehicle collision on I-5 northbound just south of Vista Way caused injuries on Tuesday, November 18. The crash involved a white Kia, a white Scion, and a gray sedan. Initial dispatch logs confirmed injuries, and that at least one occupant sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Fortunately, the injured party did not require hospital transport and was treated for injuries at the scene.

Two tow trucks from Angelo’s Tow Service were deployed to relocate the damaged vehicles and clear the roadway. CHP investigators reviewed statements from everyone involved and examined the crash positions to determine how the three vehicles collided.
