Orange Co., CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-5 S/Culver Dr Injures Several

Orange County, CA (August 20, 2025) – Multiple vehicles were involved in a serious crash on I-5 South at Culver Drive on Wednesday morning, August 20. According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred just before 9:45 a.m. and may have involved as many as four vehicles.

When officers arrived, they discovered several cars with heavy damage and multiple people needing medical assistance. Emergency crews treated victims at the scene, while at least one person was transported to a local hospital for further care.

Authorities have not released the names of those involved. Tow trucks were deployed, and CHP remained at the scene directing traffic and investigating the crash. The cause of the collision remains under review. Authorities will release updates once available.
