Portland, OR – Injury Crash on I-5 N/Columbia Blvd. Exit
Portland, OR (January 6, 2026) – An injury-related multi-vehicle crash was reported on Tuesday, January 6, on I-5 northbound near Exit 306A at North Columbia Boulevard in Portland. Portland Police Bureau officers responded after receiving reports of vehicles involved near the exit ramp. The collision caused temporary traffic disruptions as responders worked to secure the area. As per police reports, one person sustained injuries and received on-site medical assessment before being transported to a local hospital for further evaluation. The vehicles involved sustained visible damage, requiring towing services. Traffic control was implemented while officers gathered information from those involved. The roadway was reopened after crews cleared the scene. Police continue to investigate the events leading up to the crash.
