Portland, OR – Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-5 N/Capitol Hwy Leaves Injuries

Portland, OR (September 18, 2025) – A multi-vehicle collision on I-5 northbound near Capitol Highway resulted in injuries on Thursday, September 18. Portland Police reported the crash around midday at milepost 295. Initial findings show that at least three vehicles were involved in the accident, blocking several lanes.
