Santa Ana, CA – Three-Vehicle Crash on I-5 N/SR-57 Con. Results in Injuries
Santa Ana, CA (December 24, 2025) – A three-vehicle crash on I-5 northbound at the State Route 57 connector resulted in injuries on Tuesday, December 23, according to the California Highway Patrol. The collision involved a gold sedan and two additional vehicles, with multiple occupants exiting their cars following the impact.
CHP officers responded to the scene and requested assistance from Freeway Service Patrol due to disabled vehicles in the HOV area. Medical responders assessed several individuals on-site. At least one person sustained injuries requiring further evaluation, though hospitalization details were not confirmed.
Traffic was slowed while responders worked to move vehicles from the roadway. Tow services assisted with vehicle removal, and lanes were gradually reopened. CHP continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
