Santa Fe Springs, CA – Crash on I-5 N at Lakewood Blvd. Leaves Injuries

Santa Fe Springs, CA (September 7, 2025) – Injuries were reported after a three-vehicle crash on I-5 northbound at the Lakewood Boulevard off-ramp on Sunday afternoon, September 7. According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the accident occurred around 5:08 p.m. and involved a red Lexus, a black Mercedes SUV, and a gray Lexus sedan, all of which were in the #3 lane when the collision occurred. Officers arriving at the scene confirmed that at least one person was injured, and an ambulance was dispatched. Tow trucks were called to remove the damaged vehicles, including a silver Lexus with heavy front-end damage. Crews worked to clear the off-ramp while CHP investigated the circumstances leading up to the collision. Traffic was slowed for some time before the roadway was cleared.
