Santa Fe Springs, CA (August 11, 2025) – A traffic collision on I-5 North near Pioneer Boulevard in Santa Fe Springs Monday afternoon, August 11, left at least one person injured. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) stated that the accident, which happened shortly after 2:00 p.m., involved a gray Tesla and an unidentified second vehicle. One of the vehicles was escorted off the interstate at Florence Avenue, while the other remained at the scene as CHP units assessed the situation.

Motorists reported moderate delays as authorities worked to clear the affected lanes. First responders treated the injured on-site, with at least one person requiring further medical evaluation.
