Santa Fe Springs, CA – Motorcycle Rider Injured in Crash on I-5 N/Rosecrans Ave.

Santa Fe Springs, CA (August 21, 2025) – A collision between a motorcycle and a tan Toyota sedan resulted in injuries to the rider on Thursday evening, August 21, along I-5 North near Rosecrans Avenue in Santa Fe Springs. The crash was reported around 7:21 p.m., prompting a response from the California Highway Patrol and local paramedics.

Initial reports indicate the Toyota struck the motorcycle while both were traveling in the northbound lanes. The rider was thrown from the bike and sustained injuries. Emergency crews provided first aid at the scene before transporting the motorcyclist to a nearby hospital for further treatment. The driver of the Toyota did not report serious injuries.

CHP investigators are working to determine the factors that contributed to the crash.
