SeaTac, WA – Accident with Injuries Reported on I-5 near S 188th St

SeaTac, WA (February 14, 2023) – At 11:20 p.m. on February 12, the Washington State Patrol was dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle accident that sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries.

Late Sunday evening, authorities were notified that an automobile accident occurred on the northbound side of the Interstate 5 Freeway. The incident prompted officials to secure the area near South 188^th Street.

Firefighters and the Highway Patrol worked quickly to remove the damaged vehicles and debris from the roadway.

At least one person suffered injuries as a result of the accident. One Basic Life Support (BLS) unit responded to provide care to the victims. The injured parties were then transported to local hospitals.

The state patrol is currently investigating the accident.
